I’m an Art Director and a large marketing agency

I was progressively finding more and more good music and I wanted to share it with people. I like the reader / writer interaction.

Since June of 2007

between 2,500 and 3,000 per day, it’s been really inconsistent lately though. Sometimes it dips below 2,000 on weekends.

Nope, we don’t do any advertising on Hot Biscuits, but it pays off in other ways (listed for events, free music, recognition in the music community)

Anyone who likes electronic/ dance music

A couple hours I’d say. The biggest part of it is going through submissions and then doing research on an artist.

If you’re into giveaway’s / free music / remix contests then you should definitely subscribe. I’ve done promotions for Daft Punk, Aoki and A-Trak (coming this week) though their respective promotion companies.

Do your own thing. Write what you feel and don’t try to hard to “sound cool” or anything like that. Post what you like and only what you like, never post for hits.
