The American Journal- Erin Ruppert

blogabout
My blog chronicles my life, basically. We’re from the U.S., but we were transferred to Canada for work about a year and a half ago. We live near Toronto, so I blog about things we do around the area, things we do when we visit our family in the U.S., random current events, and we just got a dog, so I put pictures of her on the blog for the enjoyment of all.

blogliving
I work for an automotive parts supplier in Human Resources. I’ve always enjoyed writing and journaling and hope to write a book someday, so this is good practice and a fun way to make memories of our time in Canada.

whystartblog
All of my family lives at least 5 hours away, and I don’t see them as often as I would like, so I started blogging to give my family and friends insight into our new life.

howlongblog
I’ve had the blog for a couple years, but I’ve only been blogging regularly for the past 8 months or so.

howmany
I have no idea, I don’t have any followers that I know of, I’d like to have some, though.

income
No income, I don’t advertise or anything.

interestedblog
Anyone who likes dogs, photography, family, and current events, I would hope.

howlongday
I usually blog 2-3 times a week, I spend about an hour each time I blog.

whysubscribeblog
If you like to read about other people’s lives, this blog is for you.

whatadvicebloggers
I am not sure that I have ever thought about the “success factor” of blogging, for me, it’s just something that makes me feel good and it’s a great outlet for me at the end of a stressful day. If you’re new to blogging, I would suggest just sitting down and writing whatever comes to your head. That’s how I started.
