My blog is about helping people get more out of life through better health and perspective. Most people have become numb to the symptoms of poor health and are living a compromised life without even realizing it. I want to change that!
Modern society makes it so easy to adopt unhealthy habits that it can be extremely difficult to break free from this trend. Through my writing, I try to make people realize that the benefits of a healthy lifestyle significantly outweigh the temporary satisfaction of indulgence. I primarily focus on natural and holistic health, fitness, and mental perspective.

I have been a software engineer for most of my career, but after experiencing frustrating health problems of my own, I’ve become much more interested in this topic and find it very fulfilling to help people realize the potential that a healthier lifestyle can bring.
Although I am also certified health practitioner and work directly with clients, my blog is currently just a hobby. However, I have high hopes that it will eventually grow to become a much bigger part of how I make a living.

I spent most of my life exhausted, irritable, and in a brain fog. Like most people, I accepted it as normal. Through the process of educating myself and improving my health, I found the fallacies and corruption behind most mainstream health information to be very upsetting. This gave me a strong desire to share what I was learning, and that’s exactly what I’m doing with my blog and why I started it.

Although my blog is relatively new, I’ve been thinking about how to share my knowledge with others for several years. I was hesitant about blogging, but finally decided to give it a try and started Natural Bias in December ‘08. I’m glad I did because I’ve loved every minute of it!

It’s been somewhat of a slow start. I’ve only been blogging for 3 months (as of March ‘09) and am still learning how to generate traffic. Presently, I am getting about 100 unique visitors per day. I’m appreciative of the small following that I have and look forward to growing it.

Not yet. I’m in the process of writing an ebook and plan to use the blog to help promote it. I also use affiliate marketing to recommend books and products that I either use myself or truly believe in. I refuse to recommend anything that I don’t think has a lot of value.

Anyone who’s interested in getting more out of their life through living a healthier lifestyle and approaching life with a better perspective.

Each week, I easily spend enough time on my blog to qualify it as a second full time job! My articles tend to be longer than the average blog post, I tend to be a perfectionist, and I feel strongly about creating thorough and accurate content. All of this requires quite a bit of time!

Especially with modern society’s negative influence on health, everyone can benefit from cleaning up their lifestyle a bit. Better health leads to increased happiness and my blog will provide you with the information to help make it happen.

Don’t pick a topic for the sake of blogging, but blog for the sake of something you’re truly passionate about. It’s hard work and anyone blogging about a topic they’re only moderately interested in will quickly burn out.
