I am an ultrarunning endurance athlete and a coach to many talented endurance athletes – ultrarunners, triathletes, and multi-day stage racers to name a few!. I wear a lot of different hats. I coach endurance athletes around the world. I am a massage therapist. I am a daughter, wife, and Mom. And I participate in many endurance events including the Badwater Ultramarathon.
I wanted a way to share stories about ultrarunning and dreamchasing with friends and family. It has provided me with a wonderful way to stay in touch and to brag about my friends and students, who continue to accomplish amazing feats on a daily basis!
For about a year and a half.
I am not sure…but my attitude has always been: ‘The more, the merrier!’
The return on my investment for time spent Blogging has been phenomenal. I can’t quantify a dollar amount, but having a Blog has allowed so many of my friends and family to connect with each other – whether it be by reading race reports, joining forces to help those in need, or sharing a joke.
People looking to pursue a dream…some readers are accomplished or aspiring athletes, but many are interested in hearing the message that anything is possible when you follow your passion and dream big.
0-60 minutes…depends how many other plates I am spinning on a given day!
