“My view from here.” Where’s here?! Here is the life and journey of a 40+ wife, mother, writer, movie reviewer, and speaker. My posts range from categories to include God, inspirational, motivational, angry tirades at the everyday, nonsensical information, and the randomness of life. Hence, the appropriate title Miscellaneous Matters. While I do have other outlets for specific topics such as motherhood and being a Christian that both define me, this outlet is an eclectic portrait of me as a whole person. Many will be inspired here with positive and godly advice as I have learned and experienced. One chapter at a time, I muster up the courage to share my view from here using my own voice and not an echo.

I receive no monetary value for all that I do! However, I am contributing to the growth of myself, daughter, husband, family, friends, and readers, which has many eternal benefits.

Miscellaneous Matters has a broad range of posts.

On January 8, 2007, I started and hoped to bring a few readers along with me as I share my voice, views, and thoughts on the world around me in a random sort of way.

This summer the average is 16 visitors per day. However, that number rises in the cooler months when life slows down and computer time is more accessible.

No.

Anyone who is interested in personal growth and sharing like-minded views.

A few hours, and maybe more. However, there are days I avoid it because life happens.

I don’t currently have a subscription service. I encourage all to visit through their favorites or blogroll.

Success can be defined in many ways. My advice is to set a mental goal when you begin of what you want to achieve through blogging, and always be honest with yourself and your readers. Like in real life, people will be drawn to that quality even if their view is different from yours.
