Wifey Steps- Toni Tiu

Wifely Steps is a place where I can share my experiences in married life. It is a blog where I share some tips on home and living, from recipes to cleaning tips to maintaining positivity and warmth in day-to-day living.

I work as a Strategic Planner in the Advertising industry. This is my day job and I love what I do! In the evenings, I am a writer/blogger. This is when I get to enjoy my hobby of writing and indulge in my joy of connecting with lots of people through their blogs.

I started Wifely Steps as a way to help fellow newlyweds adjust. I didn’t have that many married friends when I got married, so I thought it would be cathartic to write about my own experiences, and somehow, meet other people who could understand where I was coming from and also benefit from what I learned. It was also a venue my fellow bloggers and I to exchange helpful tips and tricks on newlywed life.

I started Wifely Steps a few months after I got married. That makes it four years then!

I get about 172 visitors a day on the average.

I think this blog will initially appeal to married women by virtue of the blog’s title alone.
But my readers range from students to grandparents, and I really enjoying interacting with them! I find joy that it attracts such a wide age range. It means that I connect with them somehow. That feels good.
I blog up to 4 hours everyday. That includes updating my other blogs and blog hopping too.

It’s a simple blog with simple views on home and living. I try to keep it homey and light, as there’s just way too much stress out there already. I don’t want to write about that. Blogging is therapy for me, and so perhaps reading it could be a refreshing break for you too.

Write about the things you love. Everything will flow smoothly from there. Good luck!
