My blog is my take on the world, both personal and from my perspective as a therapist. I write about issues that matter to me, from PTSD in the armed forces to my son being sick in the last couple of weeks and everything inbetween!

I’m a psychotherapist in the NHS
It is a job and my passion. I love learning about the human race and findingways for us all not to get stuck in emotional bad places.

Two years ago, although I’m in my third reincarnation right now.I’ve changed my name twice before mainly cause I got my heart broken and needed to move on.

This particular blog 10 months ago. The name came about as I felt I had hit rock bottom and like a phoenix I was rising from the ashes.

an average of 35 a day

Anyone who likes learning about themselves and how to deal with their emotions. I’m writing a book on another blog, so I often bring something from there to this blog. Not beacuse I set myself up, but because if I know about me, then I know about you and then people can use what I write to check out their own stuckness.

Far too much, I’m defiantely a blog addict.

Because it’s beautifully presented, with intelligent and thoughtful posts. I love to try and match one of my photos to the subject matter. Plus the visuals on my blog change regularly so it’s never thae same for long.

Be real.
Read other people’s blogs and comment on them. And always comment on anyone who has had the courtesy to make a comment on you in the first place. Doesn’t matter if you don’t agree, just get out there and get communicating and not be precious about what you’ve written.

This woman knows how to write. She knows how to communicate. And most of all, she knows how to offer herself in a most human and positive way, even from the ashes…She’s a good one, friends.
FireByrd is one of my favorite bloggers. She writes beautifully and intelligently about so many things. Her heart is always in her writing.

Thanks for sharing your ideas in this article. The other thing is that every time a problem takes place with a laptop or computer motherboard, people today should not consider the risk involving repairing that themselves because if it is not done correctly it can lead to irreparable damage to the whole laptop. It will always be safe to approach a dealer of any laptop with the repair of the motherboard. They will have technicians who definitely have an skills in dealing with mobile computer motherboard challenges and can carry out the right prognosis and perform repairs.
Thanks for another informative web site. The place else could I am getting that type of information written in such a perfect manner? I have a venture that I am simply now working on, and I have been at the look out for such info.
