A place where I talk about the unexpected things that happen in my life. From hilarious dating mishaps to more personal serious matters such as going through the Virginia Tech massacre. Really, it’s just the day to day life of a hopeful and wide-eyed 20 something.

I’m a student for a living. Blogging is just a hobby.

I tried it out for a couple months – initially just writing my thoughts down. Then my friends began reading and liked what they saw and encouraged me to write more.

Roughly four years.

I’m not entirely sure. I think some days get more traffic than others. Obviously the VA Tech posts probably got more readers than posts from the previous months.

No, my blog does not have an income. There are no adds on it.

I try to make my posts interactive. I ask for feedback. I don’t usually get it all the time. I think the people who would be most interested are those who have gone through similar situations. And even if they haven’t gone through the same things, feelings and emotions on happiness, life, and death are universal so I think people can relate to that.

It depends on the day. But usually less than half an hour. I try to keep my posts short, but at times they can be long.

This year will be a year of recovery for me. I lost friends in the Virginia Tech massacre. I am not completely okay with what happened yet. This will definitely be a growing year with lots of ups and downs. Join me, if you’d like to see first hand what it’s like to learn how to bounce back.

I would just tell them to be honest and true to themselves. Don’t write about what you think people would want to hear. Just be genuine and have fun with it!
