In The Pink is a mix of religion and recipes, parenting and opinion, with a healthy dose of ranting thrown in. I am a Jewish mom of 4 + 3, a wife, with a soupcon of attitude and a dash of moxy, and I am not afraid to be opinionated.

I am a full time stay at home Mom for now. I blog as a hobby but would love to be paid to do it someday.

I have always loved to write, and was always aware that you should write about what you know. I know motherhood, I know religion.

I have been blogging here for almost 2 years (this month!!)

On average I get about 1800 page views a day, from about 700 visitors.

Not yet, I would love to make money through my blog. I am currently investigating ways to do this.

Anyone really – Although I do blog a lot about Judaism, the topics I cover can reach a wide audience. Much of what I write has to do with human behaviour.

a couple of hours a day, writing and editing, a couple of hours a day research.

Because you never know when an in depth discussion will happen on the comments, or when another youtube rant will be posted, or when I will expose a piece of my soul

Write about what you know. Be involved in the comments – be approachable. Listen to what your readers want, and do your best to give it to them.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
I think you have observed some very interesting details , regards for the post.
