The intention was the blog would be all about my quest for cupcake creations but has evolved into an online diary – still with cupcake creations, and a great outlet for me. Also quite a scary insight into what makes me tick.
I have a full time job. The blog started as a hobby but quickly became like a second unpaid job.
I don’t know why I became interested in cupcakes, but I did. Eighteen months ago I didn’t and couldn’t cook r bake. And now I create my own cupcakes and cater at a bar.
Only since the middle of January this year at the urging of a very good friend.
Currently averaging about 1500 a day which I think is amazing for such a young blog and one that is cupcake related and effectively a diary for me.
No currently the blog does not generate income. If the traffic continues to increase and the blog generates enough interest it might be something I would look at later.
People that to cook and bake and don’t mind reading about my ponderings on what happens in life.
I spend about 30 minutes reading blogs that I have subscribed to and probably about an hour or two a week posting on my own blog.
You should subscribe to my blog because you will get cupcakes delivered to your computer once a week (when I can bake), they are never the same and they won’t make you fat. You might also get a laugh reading about the story that is my life.
Don’t try and please everybody. Keep it simple. And blog abut what you want. You will be amazed at how many people that are out there that you will get to know that become regulars.
