You don’t have to be rich or famous to help make the world a better place. The purpose of the Everyday Giving Blog is to inspire you to give back in a variety of ways and make a difference.

By day, I am an engineer and manager. Outside the office I am the Owner of the company Everyday Giving, the Director of Public Relations for the Invisible Youth Network, and a Volunteer and Advocate for the Arthritis Foundation.

I discovered my purpose in life is to help people help others. I needed a great way to let people know how easy it is to make a difference. Blogging is one of the ways I use to communicate the message and the response has been terrific.

My first blog post was written on June 25, 2005.

The number of visitors who visit the Everyday Giving Blog varies between about 50 and 300 visitors per day.

I have recently added Google AdSense to one section of the blog. It currently pays for the hosting of the blog, but not much more.

I recently started doing a better job of promoting my blog. The effort is having a positive impact. My advice is to:
