I’m a birthmother just learning how to move forward with my life after placement. My blog is all about the pain as well as the blessings that come with placing my baby for adoption.
I am a CNA in the Womens center (mom and baby) at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray. This is my job and I absolutely love it.
It’s very theraputic to talk about the struggles and blessings that come with placing. It was the reason I started the blog. It is also for others to learn more about Adoption. To show what it’s really about and what a blessing it is in everyones lives.
and of course, for Birthmothers and Adoptive families. To see what it’s like from a birthmothers perspective.
My very first post was in January of ‘09. So it’s a little more than a year old.
I have no idea.
I wasn’t aware that a blog could HAVE an income. I don’t blog as a job. I do it as a hobby and I enjoy it. It’s very relaxing for me and it helps me clear my head.
Anyone looking for any kind of information about Adoption, especially birthparents and adoptive parents.
It depends on the day. When I’m actually creating a post I would say about an hour to an hour and a half
because I believe it will educate others on the Blessings of Adoption. Particularly Open Adoption. I love LOVE Adoption and I want to get out there what an amazing option and blessing it is in so many lives.
I’m not sure I consider myself a ’successful blogger’ But I’m just honest. I try not to sugarcoat things and I speak from life experience. So maybe that?
