I spent 20 years in mental hospitals and day programs with numerous diagnoses of serious mental illness. I was given drugs and told I would need them the rest of my life. The “experts” were wrong. They are wrong about a lot of things, and now I am an activist against psychiatric practices.

This blog is a personal blog, and I write about my daily life along with my activism. I have Multiple Sclerosis, which I am treating through diet, exercise, and supplements.
